Our Mission: Supporting Recovery
Jackson County PORT is a Post Overdose Response Team using collaboration between the Criminal Justice System, Treatment Providers, Peer Support Specialists, and Like-Minded Organizational Partners to eliminate barriers to treatment and reduce the stigma surrounding addiction.

Provide follow-up within 3-5 days after the initial overdose incident or referral.SUPPORT
